e-Nightline
If you're too shy to phone us we also run an e-listening service; meaning you don't have to speak to anyone but can still get the same support that we give over the phone.
You can also access this whilst abroad, so you can contact us when you are on a year out.
Even if you've never phoned us up, why not try contacting us this way.
Instant messaging
Although only open 8pm until midnight (our phones are on between 8pm and 8am), our instant messaging support appears to be hugely successful! We've just had a trial and it seemed to go really well so the committee decided to run it permanently; click this link to try it now: Instant Messaging.
It works very similar to MSN, but you don't have to add us as a contact, you just talk to us through our website. We only talk to one person at a time though, to make sure you get a high quality of support that you need, if the website shows a "busy" message, try again later.
With email you can contact us during the day (although we will reply at night) and we will reply as soon as we can.
We have no interest in knowing who you are, but if you are worried about confidentiality, you can choose an email address that does not identify you at www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.co.uk. You can access these email addresses from any computer, and are protected by a password so no one else can access it.
